Win tix to Misty Copeland: A Ballerina's Tale in Toronto



Tours en l'air has 8 pairs of tickets to give away to  A BALLERINA’S TALE (Monday, February 25, 6:30 pm) AT HOT DOCS CINEMA. Contest ends February 18 at midnight.

In 2013, Misty Copeland was given the lead role in the American Ballet Theatre production of Ratmansky's Firebird, becoming the company's first African American female soloist since the 1980s. Offstage she discovered that she had six fractures in her shin, leading many to doubt she would dance again. Journalist and director Nelson George follows Misty during a crucial period in her life, from the triumph of Firebird to her return to ballet and emergence as a pop sensation.
