Fabulous short film from Dutch National Ballet

Mirages reflects the world of a classical dancer as she works on her role in Les Sylphides. Thoughts of movement seep into her daily world: in the street, at home or in a club. The camera follows the daily life of Michèle Jimenez right up to the moment she is finally on stage and dances the role she already danced a thousand times in her mind. Produced by the Dutch National Ballet, choreographed by Annabelle Lopez Ocho, directed by Jellie Dekker.
